Customers have the right to request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving their order.

Books must be in their original condition, unused and unwritten, and retain their original packaging.

Books that have been used or damaged after receipt will not be accepted for return.

If the request is approved, a representative will be sent within 3 to 5 business days to collect the product.

In case of a printing or manufacturing defect, an exchange will be provided free of charge.
