  • The request is submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable Egyptian Consumer Protection regulations.
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • The product is returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty card, and any promotional items.
  • The original purchase invoice or order confirmation is provided.
  • The product has not been installed, activated, or registered where applicable.

Radio Khattab reserves the right to inspect any returned product before approving a return, exchange, or refund.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return

Unless the product has a manufacturing defect or was delivered incorrectly, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Mobile phones, tablets, smart watches, or electronic devices that have been activated or configured.
  • Products with broken manufacturer seals.
  • Software, digital licenses, gift cards, or downloadable products.
  • Earphones, chargers, cables, batteries, screen protectors, memory cards, and other accessories that have been opened or used.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, liquid exposure, electrical fluctuations, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale products marked as non-returnable.

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during delivery.
  • Incorrect.
  • Missing accessories.
  • Defective due to manufacturing.

Please contact Radio Khattab within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Supporting photos or videos may be requested to help assess the issue.

After inspection, eligible products may be repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the nature of the issue.

4. Manufacturer Warranty

Most products sold by Radio Khattab include the official manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty coverage and duration vary depending on the product and manufacturer.

The warranty generally does not cover:

  • Physical damage.
  • Liquid damage.
  • Electrical misuse.
  • Improper installation.
  • Accidental damage.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear.

Warranty claims are handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms and authorized service center procedures.

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, customers will be notified of the refund decision.

If approved:

  • Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Offline payments such as InstaPay or bank transfer may be refunded through bank transfer or another agreed payment method.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Refund processing time depends on the payment provider or financial institution.

6. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for:

  • The same product (subject to availability).
  • Another product of equal or higher value after paying any price difference.
  • Store credit where applicable.

Product availability cannot be guaranteed until the exchange request has been approved.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Any payments received for cancelled orders will be refunded accordingly.

8. Return Shipping Costs

We will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping expenses.
